Gaslighting, sexual trauma, and repression of our authentic selves present as conditioning that our somatic field holds, especially in our womb energy centers, whether or not you were born with a physical womb, and it limits our ability to move through the world, fulfill our purpose, and experience love and humanity as deeply as we are meant to.

This 60-minute session uses intuitive guidance and somatic release techniques like emotional alchemy, embodied movement, energy work, & rituals to help you grieve what needs to be grieved, clear what's been stagnant, release the false limitations, and come into full alignment with your soul.
